2.      Click on  sign up<\/a> to create a free account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


On sign-up page, you will find several fields that need to be filled in. Enter your name or company name, phone number, email address and password. Confirm your password and accept the terms and conditions by checking the corresponding checkbox. Then, click on the Signup <\/strong>button to complete the registration process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.      You will be directed to dashboard page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click profile<\/strong> to update your profile. Fill all the required details. Tell us more about yourself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to add property on property254<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the dashboard click Add property.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill all the required details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        I.            Property type-Land for sale\/house for sale\/Property for rent \/Airbnb or Furnished Apartments. (Choose from given selections).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      II.            Property title eg. 50 by 100 Land on sale in Juja Farm or 3 Bedroom Bungalow on sale in Ruiru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    III.            Price e.g. ksh 2,000,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    IV.            Size- write the size of the property<\/a> e.g. 50 by 100, 100 by 100, 1 Acre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      V.            property<\/a> description-Write a good description of the property that will sell!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3-bedroom Bungalow on sale in Kitengela. This bungalow is Located 50M from Nairobi-Namanga Highway<\/p>\n\n\n\n
