Ardhisasa platform offers various convenient methods for appending your signature. In this article will discuss multiple methods to accommodate various devices and user preferences.
Login to https://ardhisasa.lands.go.ke/account/login using your Ardhisasa ID and password. Click on Account.
If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, you can sign using the signing area on the platform. Simply place your mouse cursor in the signing area, press and hold the left click button, and append your signature using your mouse. If you are satisfied with the signature, click on Save. In case you are not pleased with it, you can click on Clear to remove it and then sign again until you are satisfied.
If you prefer signing with a different device, Ardhisasa provides alternative options. If you are logged into the platform on your computer but have another device that is more suitable for signing, you can select the Sign with Another Device option. A pop-up box will appear, presenting four alternative signing options.
a) Use a QR code scanning application on your preferred device to scan the code. After scanning, a link will appear on your device’s screen. Tap on the link, and you’ll be directed to a signature pad where you can sign using a stylus pen. Once you’re satisfied, click Save. Return to your computer and click the Confirm Signing tab below the QR code to complete the process.
b) Choose option and enter your email address in the provided text box. Click Send, and an email containing the signing link will be sent to your email address. Check your email, including the spam folder, if necessary, for the message. Open the email and click on the link to access the signature pad. Sign using your stylus pen, save the signature if you’re satisfied, and then return to your computer to confirm the signing.
c) Sending the Link via Phone Number: Selecting this option allows you to enter your phone number in the text box. Click Send, and an SMS containing the signing link will be sent to the provided phone number. Tap on the link in the SMS to access the signature pad. Sign with your stylus pen or index finger, save the signature if it meets your requirements, and then return to your computer to confirm the signing.

d) Copying the Link to clipboard: This option provides a link that you can copy and send to your preferred device. Paste the link into the browser’s URL section on the device and press enter. You will be directed to the signature pad where you can sign using a stylus pen or your index finger. Save the signature if you’re satisfied, and then return to your computer to confirm the signing.
