Description
The new Villa with a typical Kenyan Makuti (reed) Roof shown here is offered on a plot of approx. 2,000 m² with a generous pool area and 4 parking spaces. process.
A fresh water well equipped with an electric pump is already installed on the southern side of the plot. At the well there is also a vacuum pump, equipped with a calcium and salt filter, which supplies the Villa with the necessary water pressure. The waste water is discharged into a biological three-chamber waste water system located on the southeast side of the property. The plots are located within the walled area and the access road is guarded 24 hours a day and illuminated at night.
